Recording artist / Songwriter / Performer / Entrepreneur

As an artist and performer, Lindsay Tomasic has been active on the acoustic music scene since the 1970’s.  Her work as both a solo artist and with the band “Trees” has resulted in six solo albums and two with her band.  As a songwriter, Lindsay is known best for her creative range, her guitar playing and her lyrics.  As an artist, she has toured through the Midwest, West coast and Pacific Northwest, both as a solo artist and with her band.  She has opened for artists such as Janis Ian, Jesse Colin Young and Kenny Rankin, and has shared the stage with the likes of Jill Knight, String Planet, Lauren Wood and Blame Sally.  Lindsay is currently performing as lead singer and rhythm guitarist for the LA based retro rock band The Peculiars.

As a record producer, Lindsay is currently developing some promising young indie artists:  Abby Posner and Radz, who are both based in Los Angeles.  Recordings are in process and will be released in mid 2014.

A skilled composer, producer and recording engineer, Lindsay has been actively involved in the creation of music for TV & Film since the 1990’s.  She has enjoyed hundreds of placements of her music, internationally, on Network and Cable Television as well as in film.  With her notable resume as a guitarist and vocalist, it is her empathy with recording artists that results in emotionally connected performances and recordings.

As the owner of two music catalogs: Frameworks Music and Song Junkies, Lindsay is constantly in production with new music and is known for always using live musicians in her productions.  She is also a partner in the Ear Parade catalog.

A collector of fine guitars, a world traveler, a recording studio owner, and a champion of rescue dogs: Lindsay Tomasic’s life, mirroring her music, is rich with textures and vibrant with possibilities.
